i love forever21. i do. i can’t help it. yes, the owners may be crazy christian nuts. yes, the clothes may be made for 16 year olds. but this stuff is cheap and, so often, pretty chic. like this floral printed scarf for under 8 bucks. PERFECT for summer. don’t want to deal with the hordes of teenagers at the store? order online. ps - on may 5th, nyt style section posted this exact scarf as their “high-low” item…
